Choose a trusted starting point
Use dates from your veterinarian, provider or existing care plan. A reminder should record an agreed action, not invent a medical schedule.
Say who is doing what
Give each reminder a clear title and assign responsibility within your household. Add the location or document you need so the next step is easy to find.
Record what actually happened
Mark an action complete after it happens. If plans change, update the date and note why. A checked reminder is not the same as a vaccination or treatment record.
