PawQi Account Deletion

In-App Deletion Path

Open PawQi and go to: Profile or User Foundation section > Delete Account Flow.

External Deletion Request

When requesting deletion, provide your PawQi account email or phone number, your name, and a clear request saying: "Please delete my PawQi account and associated data."

We may need to verify that you own the account before deletion.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, PawQi will delete or anonymize account data and associated app data, including profile data, pet data, reminders, preferences, medical records, and user-created content, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or compliance reasons.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or records that must be retained by law.

Processing Time

Deletion requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible after verification.
